Production and shipping timeline

Every mat is made to order at our atelier in London. Production takes 5 to 7 business days. Once finished, your order ships from London via tracked international courier — typically arriving in the US in 3 to 5 business days.

Total time from order to delivery: 7 to 10 business days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your mat ships.

Where we ship

• United States: standard tracked shipping included in the price you see at checkout. We currently do not collect duties or import taxes for US deliveries.
• International: case by case. If you're outside the US and would like to order, please email hello@nolijune.com before placing your order so we can confirm we can ship to you and quote the correct rate.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Custom-made items can't be re-routed once they've shipped, and corrections to wrong addresses may delay delivery or require a reship at your cost (see our Refund Policy).

Delays we can't control

Carrier delays, customs holds, and weather disruptions can extend delivery times beyond our 7–10 day estimate. If your order is significantly late, contact us at hello@nolijune.com and we'll help track it down.
