Returns and Refunds

Every Noli June mat is custom-illustrated and produced to order at our partner atelier in London. Because each piece is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Damaged or defective items

If your mat arrives damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nolijune.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll review and, if confirmed, send a replacement at no cost to you. We may ask you to keep the original or arrange a return — we'll cover any return shipping in those cases.

Order changes and cancellations

Production begins quickly. To cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After production has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Wrong address, undeliverable packages

We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. If the package is lost in transit because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, please contact your local carrier first, then let us know.
